I am a longevity movement coach, personal trainer and pilates instructor passionate about helping people build the strength, resilience and confidence to fully participate in life for years to come.
I believe that how we age is shaped by the choices we make every day. While ageing is inevitable, many aspects of how we experience those later years are within our influence.
My passion for longevity grew from my own experiences navigating midlife.
As I approached my fifties, I became increasingly aware of the importance of maintaining muscle, bone health, mobility and strength for the decades ahead. What began as a desire to lose weight gradually evolved into something much more meaningful. Strength became the goal.
Through strength training, I discovered not only physical strength, but a confidence and resilience that extended into every area of life.
The more I learned, the more I realised that longevity is not simply about living longer. It is about maintaining the strength, energy and independence to continue doing the things we love and fully participating in life.
Today, I combine my background in Pilates, Personal Training and Health Coaching with a deep interest in longevity science and healthy ageing.
My mission is simple: to help people build the Strength, Resilience and Confidence to live well for longer.

I am a longevity movement coach, Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. My training includes a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness, BASI Pilates certification, and Buff Bones and Stepping Stones certification, along with qualifications as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Functional Nutrition Consultant. I also hold a Bachelor of Business from QUT and am a member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapies.

I work with people who want to build and keep the strength, mobility and confidence to stay active and independent as they age. A lot of my work is with people in midlife and beyond who are thinking about bone health, balance and strength for the years ahead, though my classes suit a range of ages and abilities.
