Building and maintaining muscle supports mobility, bone health, balance and independence, helping us continue doing the things we love for years to come.

I offer Longevity Classes and Personal Training designed to help you build strength, move well and maintain physical capacity for life


Longevity Classes

Small group training focused on strength, bone health, balance and mobility in a supportive and encouraging environment.Classes are suitable for a range of fitness levels and can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.

Class times:

  • Monday - Lower Body Strength 7.30am

  • Tuesday - Full Body Strength 10am

  • Wednesday - Upper Body Strength 7.30am

  • Thursday - Full Body Strength 10am

  • Friday - Handstands and Mobility 10am

Classes are held at Movement 4, Woolloongabba

Personal Training

If you are looking for a more personalised approach, one-on-one Personal Training sessions are tailored to your individual goals, needs and current abilities.

Whether you are new to strength training, returning after injury, looking to improve mobility and balance, or wanting a program designed specifically for you, sessions are customised to support your unique circumstances and goals.

Sessions are held at Movement 4.
