Longevity Classes
Small group training focused on strength, bone health, balance and mobility in a supportive and encouraging environment.Classes are suitable for a range of fitness levels and can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.

Class times:
Monday - Lower Body Strength 7.30am
Tuesday - Full Body Strength 10am
Wednesday - Upper Body Strength 7.30am
Thursday - Full Body Strength 10am
Friday - Handstands and Mobility 10am
Classes are held at Movement 4, Woolloongabba
Personal Training
If you are looking for a more personalised approach, one-on-one Personal Training sessions are tailored to your individual goals, needs and current abilities.
Whether you are new to strength training, returning after injury, looking to improve mobility and balance, or wanting a program designed specifically for you, sessions are customised to support your unique circumstances and goals.
Sessions are held at Movement 4.
